My name is Casey Llewellyn, and I am currently enrolled in the Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) program at the University of Providence. I am seeking a nurse practitioner preceptor for upcoming clinical rotations which begin September 2025.

I am drawn to primary care, urgent care, integrative medicine, and hospice, as these are settings where providers often make a lasting impact by offering holistic, compassionate, and timely care. I would be honored to learn from a preceptor who values patient connection, teamwork, and mentorship. I am eager to develop my clinical reasoning, assessment, and care planning skills under the guidance of someone who brings experience and a commitment to thoughtful, evidence-based teaching.

With over ten years of nursing experience across inpatient, outpatient, and administrative settings, I bring a solid foundation in patient care and a deep respect for the complexity of clinical decision-making. As I transition into the nurse practitioner role, I recognize how much there still is to learn. I’m ready to show up prepared, receptive, and committed to growing into the role of nurse practitioner.
